About the role


This role will resolves moderately complex inquiries, collects and analyzes customer data to determine customer trends, and makes recommendations for the update of procedures to improve Customer Service processes. Escalates complex issues to management.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Goa operation for service


  • Service revenue management


  • Service delivery management


Role Purpose:


  • Revenue handling for AMC, Repair job, retrofit


  • Delivery handling for local & NA customer, maintaining TAT for branch along with 100% PM submission


  • Technical support at branch


  • customers & Dealer connect to get maximum engagement at field level.


  • EHS Training


  • Product training


  • Sales & service dealer meeting


Minimum Requirements:


  • BE/btech/diploma in engg


  • 3 to 4 years' experience in customer service HVAC field


  • ready for Goa location
