Job Description

Overview The purpose of the role is to: Support ‘Spare parts ordering’ processes in collaboration with site and cross-functional team Oversee overall inventory movement. Uphold the right inventory levels of spare parts in sites. Review inventory utilisation and recommend changes to min/max inventory levels Coordinate the purchase/replenishment related processes to be aligned with maintenance requirements Create reports following standardized templates as aligned with BU / plants Input stock take count data into system Reconcile purchase orders and invoices on system Responsibilities Accountabilities: Manage spare parts procurement Receive inventory replenishment requirements and oversee overall inventory movement Check spare parts name, parameter, supplier info, category etc. Raise PO: Create PO and send to suppliers for inventorised orders Track PO status in system and coordinate with suppliers for execution Following up with vendors on estimated date of arrival and take actions as necessary Reviewing systems (SAP, Aquila) to track outstanding invoice issues, and deal with spare parts invoicing issues if any exeptions System operation support: Review & adjust forecast of plan of spare part. Input stock take count data into system Other system support activities as necessary. New supplier support: Raise vendor request and provide information; Check if suppliers meet the specifications Reporting activities: Generate spare parts related reports per requested by plants Conduct regular monitoring and system health check of spare parts inventory Qualifications Key skills/Experience Required: Minimum Bachelor Degree in science or engineering, with 2+ year of supply chain, procurement experience in industry Experience in Foods industry manufacturing, engineering is desired. SAP and procurement system expertise required. Good skills in Microsoft Office, other analytics tools such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau desired. Possess high personal integrity and standards Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills Customer-centric and collaborative; Be able to work under pressure. Good English capabilities Understand the plant operations and purchasing process / tools well Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and data analysis competency. Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities. Proactive, responsive and pay attention to details Business agility and understand the basic knowledge of manufacturing lines, equipments and spare parts.
