Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales/Sales Manager to join our team in Gandhinagar, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team while driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the local market.


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Forecast sales projections and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with 1-2 years in a team leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of local market trends and competition in Gandhinagar and surrounding areas
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
