Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing Location: Mumbai, India
As the Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in our Sales and Marketing Department. Your primary focus will be to contribute towards the sales, marketing, and business development activities for Company’s third-party products and services of Saxonia/Doduco.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of contact materials and brazing products.
- Acquire new customers and map CPM products for the LV segment.
- Maintain good business hygiene and engage with key accounts.
- Monitor and develop existing business for brazing alloys and fluxes.
- Develop business in sectors like Turbo Generators, Wind Turbines, Industrial Motors, and more.
- Explore opportunities in HVAC, Automobile, and Cooling systems for brazing applications.
Strategic Focus (1-3 years):
- Establish and manage a market base for contact materials and brazing materials in India.
- Business development for Saxonia Contact Materials and Brazing materials.
- Coordinate with the customer service team and key account management.
- Increase local revenues through warehouse sales and improved profitability.
Qualification & Skills:
- Have a B.Tech or BE in Electrical Engineering (MBA optional but preferred)
- Have 2-5 years in Sales/Business Development
- Are open-minded, self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, a team player, have good communication skills, and are proactive.
