Job Description

Main Responsibilities
•Provide leadership and support to the Regulatory Information Management team.
•Lead the Regulatory Information Management team in delivering service excellence and ensuring internal customer delight.
•Provide guidance and support to team members on complex regulatory issues and ensure that they are trained on the latest regulations and standards.
•Foster a customer-centric approach within the team, ensuring that all interactions with internal customers are handled with professionalism and efficiency. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns raised.
•Collaborate and engage with EMEA, APAC & Americas Regional SHEQ manager and local SHEQ managers to understand their needs and requirements and ensure that service operations are aligned with these needs.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on quality and process improvement initiatives, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
•Establish a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery.
•Oversee the creation and update of Process Documentation related to SHEQ processes, ensuring that they follow internal company policies and relevant laws under Quality Management System.
•Develop and implement training and educational initiatives to upskill team members or source missing capabilities.
•Foster the sharing and dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the organization.
•Direct and manage the performance and professional development of team members.
•Utilize statistical tools for analyzing records and preparation of reports as requested by management.
•Execute effective change management program for applicable processes as and when required due to regulatory updates or business requirements.
•Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Open to take feedback from team and resolve any issues or conflicts
•Motivate team members, recognize high performance, and nominate for R&R to management.
•Mentor and guide the Team Leads to enhance people management skills
Qualification & Skills
•Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, environmental sciences, engineering, sustainability, or related discipline.
•Service Orientation & drive to achieve operational excellence.
•In-depth knowledge of regional and international regulatory frameworks related to safety, health, environment, and quality (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO standards).
•Understanding of legal compliance and proficiency in interpreting and applying safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations.
•Minimum 7 yrs. experience in a multinational and diverse organization is highly desirable.
•Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous.

•A commitment to ethical conduct and a strong sense of responsibility for safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
