• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder and client satisfaction for existing accounts.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance evaluations based on the defined governance structure to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risk.
• Work closely with the JBS Transitions and Operations team to establish quality assurance practices in line with the JBS QMF framework.
• Work across several operations teams to support implementation of quality framework across multiple transitions simultaneously.
• Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting awareness, providing training, and cultivating a customer-centric mindset.
• Analyse data and identify trends to drive decision-making and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures and monitor compliance.
• Monitor and report on progress on quality framework deployment to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and proposing solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in the Real Estate Industry and the processes supported by JBS.
