The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


Reporting to Quality Compliance Leader (India), you will be responsible for the Solventum / KCI IN - Post Market Surveillance for the India region.


The position will have responsibility for the Solventum / KCI products in the India region to:


  • Support Quality Compliance Leader India to ensure PMS compliance to applicable India regulations.  
  • Support Quality Compliance Leader India to ensure compliance to PMS requirements of Solventum.
  • Support business team in resolving customer complaints. This could include training team members on the procedures and tool (CQ or other), interacting with customers, gathering feedback, and addressing their complaints.
  • Prepare Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR), Annual Product Review (APR) and/or other quality reports as required.
  • Monitor, review and support change management of compliance requirements.
  • Ensure archival of documents and records based on company /regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance to the company objectives.
  • Support overall quality function as informed by supervisor.

The following qualifications / proficiencies are preferred:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • 2 – 5 years total experience preferably in health care industry with respect to customer complaints, PMS or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Preferred background in 6 Sigma / LVSM.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written) communication.
