Assistant Manager - Psychometric Design & Delivery

The candidate should be willing to join us immediately.</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Location: Gurgaon</p></li><li><p>Functional Area: Psychometric Design & Delivery</p></li><li><p>Education Qualification: Post Graduate in Psychology/MBA in Human Resources/Organization Development/Organization Behavior</p></li><li><p>Experience: 4+ years exp. in the field of psychometric assessments, consulting</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities / Background: </b></p><p></p><p>A. Supporting the sales and consulting teams in delivery of psychometric assessments to meet business requirements. This would include:</p><ul><li><p>Understanding and analyzing client requirements- job understanding, competency mapping</p></li><li><p>Managing and executing client requirements- Full ownership of small to medium sized client accounts- from understanding their requirements to delivering the end product.</p></li><li><p>Managing the desired technical behavior of the platform pertaining to psychometric assessments</p></li><li><p>Working on the required content for reporting, in terms of BARS, descriptors and other relevant documentation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>B. Independently handling content development for simulation-based behavioral tools and ensuring all the content is as per the market requirement.</p><p></p><p>C. Tracking content availability and managing SMEs for creation of new content as and when required.</p><p></p><p>D. Managing a team of associates to ensure that all deliveries are met in time and are as per quality standards. This includes</p><ul><li><p>Ensuring the client requirements are properly understood by the team and are delivered as per expectations</p></li><li><p>Liaising with other teams (sales/consulting/delivery/operations/tech) in order to ensure client needs are meet</p></li><li><p>Managing team output</p></li><li><p>Mentoring and training team members</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications: </b></p><p></p><p>A. Post Graduate in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology, Organization Behavior). Masters in human resources/OD/OB</p><p>B. Hands-on with data analysis and use of tools like MS Excel and SPSS.</p><p>C. Passion for psychological research and ability to use the learnings in new projects.</p><p>D. Ability to take initiatives.</p><p>E. Very high attention to detail and quality focus.</p><p>F. Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.</p><p>G. Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.</p><p>H. Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner</p><p></p><p></p>
