Job Description

  1. Vessel load and discharge planning.
  2. Achievement of optimum productivity levels and reliability of service to customers.
  3. Contribution in fulfillment and compliance of MICT Legal / statutory and operational requirements.
  4. Contributing to continuous improvement.
  5. Contributing for the meeting of Business/Operational targets and objectives.
  6. Training and team building of planning staff.
  7. Trend setting and analysis of operational parameters.
  8. Monitoring and development of operational reports.
  9. Ensuring safe and correct working practices.
  10. Berthing and Un - berthing Timelines set up are achieved. 
  11. Planning & Monitoring of Shift operations for appraising and facilitating Shift Manager / Duty Superintendent.
  12. Innovation and Process improvement.
