Assistant Manager, Payroll


Gurgaon, Haryana, India


Global Payroll Hub team currently supports payroll for 16 locations across the global which includes APAC, Europe, US region. Our primary function is to coordinate with the local HR Operations/ HR Manager/Payroll Administrator and share those inputs with the payroll vendors for payroll processing. After the payroll is processes, payroll vendor shares the agreed set of reports which are being checked by Hub team and any errors identified are rectified before sharing those reports with the Local Payroll administrator/HR Manager for their approvals. Once the payroll is approved, Hub team coordinates with the payroll vendor for Net salary payout, any statutory payment/filling etc.

What will your essential responsibilities include?


·You will be responsible for managing the relationship for new/existing locations (can be one or multiple depending on the headcount of that location primarily EMEA - Netherlands/Belgium, Spain, Sweden).


·Managing and administration of the end-to-end payroll cycle from collating the inputs, reviewing the output, statutory fillings etc.


·Checking of any anomalies in the payroll data versus myHr (Human Resource System) and taking appropriate actions.


·Reviewing and posting of payroll journals i.e. GLs.


·Coordination with Internal and External Audits (if required).


·Work on different HR projects as necessary.


You will report to the Manager/ Senior Manager, Global Payroll Hub.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:


Required Skills and Abilities:


·Relevant years of global payroll administration experience.


·Should have supported end to end payroll processing.


·Worked in a global environment preferred.


·Managing International Payroll.


·Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel.


·Bachelor’s degree in commerce (Regular course).


Desired Skills and Abilities:


·Excellent interpersonal skills.


·Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.


·Effective Communication skills as the person will be interacting with onshore teams.
