Will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth. This role involves content creation, campaign management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels also to plan, prepare, manage, implement and control of marketing budgets.


Description of main tasks:


The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:


1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:


  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing communication plans.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and maximize ROI.

2. Branding & Content Development:


  • Formulate content for advertisements, mailers, newsletters, and magazine/journal releases.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, brochures, and press releases.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communication materials.

3. Graphis and Design:


  • Proficient in using design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Suite, and Illustrator.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and agencies to create compelling marketing materials.

4. Events & Public Relations:


  • Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Conduct and participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, and sponsorship programs.
  • Actively engage in PR activities and media relations.

5. Budget & Inventory Management:


  • Efficiently manage marketing budgets and track ROI on all spendings.
  • Manage the inventory of MarComm tools, items, and gifts in the warehouse.
  • Ensure timely and organized distribution of samples without delays or escalations.

6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:


  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Collect data and conduct customer surveys to inform marketing decisions.

7. Coordination & Internal Communication:


  • Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, employee engagement campaigns, and corporate announcements.
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manage proofreading and editing tasks, and liaise with designers and printers.

8. Project & Process Management:


  • Proactively follow up with teams to complete MarComm assignments/projects on time.
  • Take corrective actions in case of deviations or delays while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Keep track of standard sample branding and ensure proper execution.

9. Sampling Management:


  • Ensure timely execution of sampling activities with proper channelization.
  • Track sample branding and ensure consistency in standard sample distribution.
  • Avoid delays and escalations by coordinating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Job Specifications


Professional Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or related roles

Professional Experience (how long)?


  • 8 - 10Yrs

In which areas?


  • HVAC Industry, any company manufacturing other generic of Insulation apart from Nitrile Rubber, manufacturing industry wherein the technical products are used in building system, B2B Business Environment
  • Proficiency in graphic design and marketing software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Suite, Illustrator, etc.)
