Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Network Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to enhance business opportunities.
  • RFQ Generation: Manage the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, ensuring accurate and competitive quotes are provided to customers in a timely manner.
  • Product Development: Lead product development initiatives, focusing on both the company’s existing product line and exploring opportunities for new products, while ensuring alignment with current system capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Technical Sales: Drive technical sales efforts by understanding customer needs and translating them into effective sales strategies that align with the company’s product portfolio.
  • Management Skills: Effectively manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Team Building & Nurturing: Develop and nurture a high-performing team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure personal and professional growth.
  • Zero Base Costing: Implement zero base costing methodologies to improve pricing strategies and maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor products and strategies to identify opportunities and potential threats in the market.
  • Target-Oriented Approach: Establish and work towards achieving clear marketing and sales targets in line with overall business goals.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.

Key Requirements:


  • Experience: 12-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a bulk production company and with Tier 1 suppliers to automotive OEMs.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, and marketing strategies.
  • Strong technical understanding.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams towards achieving organizational objectives.
