What this job involves:


Team work


You will have to interact and coordinate with multiple internal city/regional teams to drive client deliverables. You will also be working closely with our internal business verticals to leverage our services and ensure we build long-term knowledge leadership and profitability with our clients. Additionally, you will also be working with JLL management team to help improve processes and establishing it internally. You would also support the Business Development team with proposals and opportunities with the various clients/fund houses. Collect and disseminate actionable market intelligence among the team through regular interaction with clients and developers.


Internal stakeholder excellence


It will require you to understand the roles and responsibility, time management and outcome in alignment with the client’s goals and objectives. The role aims to build multi-level and multi-region strong and sustainable resource of the organization. The role would also require ability to build strong and sustainable relationships within team as well as a large and complex team of Individuals – both externally and within JLL.


Objectives of the role


Support delivery solution manager/leads in execution. Understanding the market in depth and update the projects on monthly or quarterly basis in database. Undertaking physical site visits and micro market visits to get orientation of site, location and collate information, comparable etc. Consistently add value in the deliveries in terms of creativity, innovation, solutions. Help achieve timely submission by understanding client’s objectives and proper coordination with subordinates, manager, business leads (if required). Collaborate/Discuss with other geography team members daily/weekly basis to keep himself/herself updated with the market trends.  Upgrading skillsets by attending various external and internal trainings/sessions conducted by JLL. In total, ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of deliverables. Strictly follow JLL way of execution.

Being Analytical


You will be delivering client service, where you will have engage clients as a trusted advisor for their needs and plans. You should have a high level of adaptability within a fast-paced dynamic work environment and be an adept problem solver who is quick on the feet while maintaining strong focus on assignment end goals. You should have strong delivery sense, technological skills, and the ability to function and successfully navigate within a matrix organizational structure. You will also be deriving valuable information from public data sources ranging from macroeconomic trends, various asset class developments, market indicators/trends/outlook and Govt. policies regulating the real estate sector. You will also be involved in data and information presentations, analysis, documentation and financial modelling to an extent.


Meticulous


You must pay attention to detail and have excellent data analysis skills. Possess the ability to collate information and to create database for various asset classes, which would be used in cohesive reports/presentations. Also assist the other team members with data whenever is required.


Emotional intelligence


The role involves multiple interactions with subordinates, timelines management, by coordinating with multiple teams, regionally and Pan India. The role will require high energy levels, excellent interpersonal skills, synergise and collaborate, cross culturally sensitive and extensive listening skills


Qualifications


You will have a graduation and above pref. PG or relevant educational background in Real Estate, Business Administration or Accounting & Finance with min 0-3 years of working experience.


Skills


You must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Word. Having additional technological skills such as Auto CAD, Map IT or any other mapping tools, Photoshop and any other skills related to financial modelling, forecasting etc. will be welcomed. You must have good writing skills, presentation and communication skills.
