Role:
Drive organizational success by maintaining HR objectives and employee satisfaction.
To support Director HR in the delivery of day-to-day HR operations
Responsibilities:
▪ Arrange local Inductions for new starters.
▪ Update and maintain India wide employees records – Personal and employment details.
▪ Provide any data in formulation of HR policies and presentation; Generate reports as per management requirements.
▪ Correspondence with staff regarding change/implementation in policies & help embed HR processes.
▪ PF & Statutory Compliances for PAN india regions. Ensure 100 % compliance adherence.
▪ Payroll assistance – Make sure inputs are updated and shared with Finance for monthly payroll as per timeline.
▪ Assist in the process of performance reviews.
▪ Prepare dashboards for quarterly reviews/ board meetings.
▪ Resolve employee queries related to leaves, reimbursements, transfers, full and final Settlement. Prepare, sought approvals and issuance of letters.
▪ Assist in periodic audits.
▪ Record, represent legal, court matters as and when required.
▪ Exit Interviews, advise line managers / Directors with feedback if any after consulting with HR lead.

Employee engagement and CSR
▪ Work closely with local social representatives to ensure office and site level events / CSR initiatives are planned and executed effectively.
Environment Policy
▪ Should adhere to the company’s global environmental policy
Education – Any Graduate and or MBA / Post Graduate Diploma is preferred.
▪ 8-10 years of work experience in core HR function
▪ Proficiency in MS office, data management
▪ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, self-motivated, well organised, proactive and comfortable liaising with people at all levels in the company
