The candidate would be reporting to Sr. Manager in FP&A.
About the Role
This is a perfect position for someone who knows how to work fast and smart. This person will work on multiple tasks, helping his/her business partners understand financial decisions and as the trusted business advisor.
A very high visibility role with stakeholders including – CFO, business finance & controller heads.
The successful candidate should have a history of:
Driving job responsibilities including detailed analytics,

Stakeholder management
Data cleaning, transformation, exploration and analysis
Creation of interactive dashboards for management reporting purposes

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support
• Create financial models & interactive dashboards for decision support & regular leadership review
• Hold fort on Key Business KPIs including costs and margins
• Cost and expense Management, analysis and continuous improvement in reporting for business decisions
• Contribute to the annual Operating Plan
• Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards
• Champion simplification, standardization and automation opportunities and lead these projects
• Work closely with business teams to analyze merchant, industry behaviours as well as new/exiting client analysis

Requirements:

• CA or MBA with 3-5 years’ experience
• Strong MS Office skills
• Priority given to: Expertise in Power BI, Tableau & primary knowledge of python/SQL
• Clear Communication skills
