Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify needs for improvements and/or new technologies in order to increase productivity and reduce costs and time to perform each task;
- Analyze new ideas and needs, as well as new demands, proposing solutions to stakeholders;
- Participate in operational meetings in the unit, helping to identify needs and discuss solutions;
- Technically supervise activities related to PCM, maintenance and warehouse;
- Participate in the development of proposals for improvements in the industry, as well as participate in new operational projects;
- Facilitate the communication of ideas identified as needs by internal customers (whether operational or managerial level);
- Responsible for the control and request of the capex and opex maintenance of the unit; Implementation and maintenance of best practices for maintenance control and planning;
- Monitor the KPIs of the maintenance and warehouse areas. Develop and monitor third-party companies to meet the demands within the warehouse.
- Train and develop maintenance employees in the work routines of the sector.
- Communicate and enforce the Food Quality and Food Safety Management policy.
- Maintain the Integrated Management System of your area. Define and communicate the functions and responsibilities of the personnel under their responsibility in relation to the Food Safety Management System.
- Monitor corrective actions arising from notifications of incidents or risks, audits, inspections of control bodies, customer complaints, etc. Check the closing of the shares.
- Ensure that investigations and analysis of the cause of incidents and non-conformities occurred in your area are carried out.
- Ensure that the personnel under their responsibility comply with the provisions of the emergency plan, participate in simulations and know their functions.
- Ensure compliance and maintenance of good hygiene practices in the area under your responsibility.
- Perpetuate the Integrated Management System of your area. Define and communicate the roles and responsibilities of the team to which it leads in relation to the Food Safety Management System.

- Comply with and ensure compliance and maintenance of of SHE policy.
- Comply with and ensure compliance and maintenance of GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices. Comply with the company's Quality Policy;
- Perform Standard Operating Procedures (POPs); Comply with requirements affecting traceability.
Skills & competencies /Specific knowledge/ Abilities (including any physical demands):
- Strong working knowledge maintenance of coffee process machineries.
- Very good in technical skills and analytical mindset
- Good in project management.
- Good communicator / negotiator
- Team Lead & Good people management skills
- Descent work knowledge of MS office , especially MS-Excel, MS project management
