  1. Background in training/ content development and learning administrative role
  2. Database knowledge (programs such as MS/ Excel + plus LMS platform)

About the Role:


You will be aligned with our on ground training team and help us in managing the end to end Learning and Development activities.


  1. Content Development
  2. LMS Management
  3. You will manage training delivery information such as course identification, dates, mode of delivery mapped to trainer allocation, class capacity, schedule within a stated calendar period. Training schedules are typically published to all managers for providing on floor support with adherence. Management Information system for regular progress updates - detailed as well as exec. level view.
