Assistant Manager- Last Mile & Projects

Key Objectives:

• The role is responsible for planning, implementing, sustaining, and monitoring Last mile and projects Pan India. The role would include collaboration with logistic partners, D2C growth team FC, Technology partners and Finance .
• Managing and optimizing last mile delivery operations across all cities.
• Driving key LM projects to reduce Logistics SLA and improve customer delivery experience.
• Being the main point of contact for LM network issues that requires LSPs collaboration, OMS, warehouse, demand planning other stakeholder management to provide proactive and timely resolution.
• Partnering with Puma.com team for seamless launch of exclusive products.
• Using data analytics tools to create dashboards, measure performance and reporting.
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
• Work closely with product managers/tech platform to understand the market trends, competitive landscape carefully and with the in-depth understanding of our existing tech, chalk out the tech vision and prioritize the new features and requirements.
• Handling Ops projects on creating efficiencies and tech interventions.
• Evaluate tech ramp-up opportunities to ensure advanced features adoption on LM tech platforms.

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required

• 3+ years of experience in LM/Ecommerce operations
• Proven data visualization, Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent MS-Excel skills, experience on tools like power BI, SQL & tableau would be preferred.
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management & project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex scenarios.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
