Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Assistant Manager - L&D will be based in Coimbatore
What A Typical Day Looks Like:
- As a learning partner identify learning needs based on business objectives, business pain points, and skill gap through regular connects with HR business partners and vertical team leaders.
- Capability Building of all Individual contributors / People Managers across the Organization in, Behavioral and Leadership Competencies
- Design and develop the leadership development programs aligned to Flex Leadership competencies
- Program manage leadership development programs to build leadership capability and initiatives to strengthen talent pipeline.
- Design new learning modules / curate learning content from LXPs / Enhance the existing content to suite the business requirements
- Develop virtual , interactive , engaging learning materials such as webinars, on line simulators and podcasts
- Own the implementation of learning solutions , roll out and learner engagement
- Report to vertical leadership on a periodic basis on the annual learning plan implementation and learning Impact
The Experience we’re Looking to Add to The Team :
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Leadership/ Professional development trainings
- Experience of delivering 30 hours of training delivery/ month
- 5-6 years of Experience in instructional design
- Experience in Modern Learning methodologies such as Gamification of learning
- Proficient in MS-Excel (Intermediate) and MS-PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver trainings for employees at all shifts
- Any bachelors , Masters in HR / Psychology . Certification in L&D and psychometrics (DISC , MBTI )
- Facilitating Leadership development programs
- Content development for Individual contributors & People Managers
- Learning Needs Analysis
- Leadership program Management (Not L&D program management)
- Working knowledge of technologies used for Learning solutions , design & delivery
- Program effectiveness (L3 and L4 assessment)
- Experience in socializing and branding of programs and projects
