About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the implementation of our innovative private market product. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and successful launch and ongoing management of this product, collaborating closely with various departments to deliver exceptional client experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Implementation:
    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of product implementation, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, sales, legal, operations) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
    • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues before launch.
  • Client Onboarding:
    • Develop and execute onboarding plans for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective product adoption.
    • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Product Management:
    • Monitor product performance post-launch, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
    • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product updates and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Oversee and mentor a team of implementation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product implementation or project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of private market products and their underlying investment strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., project management, CRM).
