Key Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate a comprehensive rewards and recognition program tailored to the specific needs and culture of the organization
· Manage the coordination and execution of various human capital initiatives, including executive townhalls, offsites, all-hands, etc.
· Assist in coordinating and implementing learning and development programs, leveraging training workshops and e-learning platforms to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
· Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, to develop and implement streamlined workflows for license and subscription management
· Generate reports and analyze data related to rewards and recognition programs and license and subscription usage
· Identify opportunities to improve existing processes related to human capital initiatives, and develop and document procedural documentation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
· Assist in preparing executive-level presentation materials to support strategic decision making and enhance various documents
