Job Description


  • To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.

To provide the resource and time for HSE training, work places, accommodation and facilities for staff. Ensure SO observation completion on time.


  • TBT for all associated team members Ensure 100% legal compliance
  • Participating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations. Participating in emergency exercises
  • Requiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence.
  • Spread safety procedure across down team
  • To manage, operate, repair, and maintain the building in a professional and diligent manner, consistent with the approved budget and industry standards, in the locale where the building is operating.
  • To ensure fulfillment of occupants/customers obligations under the lease agreement of the space in the building.

To purchase all equipment’s, tools, appliances, materials including consumables and supplies reasonably necessary and desirable for the operation and maintenance of the building.


  • To handle all requests and complaints of the occupants/customers.
  • To ensure stringent health and safety practices in all the areas, in the building. To retain all documents and records, till the minimum retention period.
  • To ensure compliance of legal & statutory compliances check list pertaining to integrated management system & norms/ restrictions affecting the building.

To ensure RAMCO uploading


To ensure safety standards implementation & engineering guidelines. Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time



OH&S Responsibility


To ensure DLF HSE Policy is implemented and understood by all employees.


  • To ensure OHS objective and plan are implemented and communicated to all level of employees.
  • To ensure safety management system (DLF Safety standard, SOPs, EGs, OH&S procedures) is implemented and communicated to all level of employees.
  • To identify risk and control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees.
  • To ensure ECF, OPS head, Sunrise, SAM meetings are conducted and 100 % participation by all members are ensured.
  • To ensure all incidents are reported and investigation carried out as per IISC procedures.
  • To ensure BBS(SO) Trainings are conducted and SO to be filled required system.
  • To ensure new joiners are covered under the induction program, TNI is created and all employees are trained as per the identified Training Need identification and plan.
  • To ensure all planned and surprised internal and external audit are conducted as per schedule and ensure timely closure for management review.
  • To Ensure Reward and recognition program are conducted and ensure participant of all level employee
  • To ensure all OH& S performance reports are created as per the identified frequency and communicated to management review.

Accountability:


  • He is accountable to ensure DLF Safety management System is implemented, communicated, audited and monitored.
