Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager-Guest Service to join our team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service in our hotel operations.
- Oversee and coordinate daily guest service operations, including front desk, reception, cashiering, reservations, and outlet services
- Train, mentor, and manage Guest Service Associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Implement and maintain efficient systems and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness
- Monitor and address guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
- Analyze performance metrics and guest satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing innovative guest service initiatives
- Handle VIP guests and special requests with utmost care and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge about both the departments Front Office and F&B service.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
