Job Description (Job Summary + Job Responsibilities)
Being a business finance partner to the manufacturing & supply chain team for Asia pacific countries.
Analyzing the month end manufacturing P&L performance for the above countries including variance analysis, trend analysis and ensuring compliance to financial controls
Work closely with stakeholders in P&L monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning
Prepare financial reports, presentations and key dashboards for monthly review of key performance indicators
Providing Capex analysis, lease vs buy analysis for new projects and assisting management in decision making
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Identifying the Key Risk and Opportunity mid-month and provide visibility to the stakeholders
Working closely with the manufacturing & supply chain teams to understand the business reasons for variances and drive action plans for the mitigation and achievement of financial deliverables
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams like manufacturing, supply chain, accounting to gather relevant data and ensure qualitative financial reporting
Qualified CMA / CA
2 -4 years finance or related experience
Excellent math and analytical skills
Advance user of MS Office/Google Office Suite , Experience in Hyperion and Power BI is an added advantage
Conversant with applicable Tax, Laws and Industry knowledge
Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
Flexible to work with stakeholders from different time zones
