Job Title: Assistant Manager, Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing


Experience: 10-12 years


Location: Gurugram


Position type: Full time


Timing: 1pm – 10pm (IST)


What this job involves:


As an Assistant Manager, Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing, you will help activate and track employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns across the JLL employee journey. You will execute against strategic priorities to create interest in, and awareness of, a career at JLL. This role is crucial in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and enhancing JLL's reputation as an employer of choice.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation and Management


• Create campaign proposals and pitches for employer branding initiatives


• Provide creative support for various media including videography, animation, design, presentations, and landing pages


• Develop toolkits and enablement tools for Talent Acquisition and other internal users


• Manage and update the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing SharePoint site


Data Analysis and Reporting


• Utilize data to measure ROI of campaigns and other recruitment marketing activities


• Track and report campaign performance data and analytics


• Interpret and analyze data to derive actionable insights


• Create and manage campaign dashboards


• Maintain oversight of individual EBRM data streams (campaigns, content, internal)


• Manage reporting outputs according to agreed cadence


• Perform data visualization and analytics to effectively communicate results


Campaign Strategy and Execution


• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to develop effective recruitment marketing strategies


• Execute employer branding campaigns across various channels


• Ensure consistency of employer brand messaging across all touchpoints


Stakeholder Management


• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing teams to align employer branding efforts with overall business objectives


• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality employer brand content

  • Familiarity and/or proficiency in design tools for creating engaging content
  • Experience with SharePoint and/or social collaboration tools
  • Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing principles
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling employer brand narratives
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills to work with various stakeholders
