Responsible for supporting employee services globally across LSEG and will involve day-to-day HR administration for countries and entities in scope. Delivers excellence in HR administration and Employee services, work closely with various global leaders in the People Ops function to identify and drive initiatives and strategy for the function.Roles and Responsibilities:Assist in supervising daily operations of People Function, including not limited to employee onboarding, off boarding, benefits administration, HRIS management and global mobility transactions.Collaborate with colleagues within People Function to build and implement standard processes.Leads work / case allocation and ensures manager and employee requests are resolved appropriately and in accordance with defined substantial metrics and Service Level Agreements.Partner with Senior Associates and for critical matters and supervises a team in delivering day-to-day People operations (where applicable).Establish and implement HR performance measures with a view to improving team performance and quality.Uses expertise from CoE and broader business partnering colleagues to ensure HR programmes and initiatives are communicated understood and implemented consistently across the business.Identifies service delivery issues and recommends solutions to known issues.Supports with the identification of training requirements linked to change for the team.Builds the taxonomy for LSEG’s future People Operations processes ensuring a detailed audit trial and documentation are in place, with detailed processes for each step documented effectively.Support the recruitment and selection process by coordinating job postings, conducting interviews and assisting screening.Conduct Audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to SOP.Qualification and Experience:Bachelor’s or equivalent and / or relevant qualification.8-12 years of demonstrable experience in leading team or related functionsProficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, Service Now) and MS office suites.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels.Thorough with strong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in fast-paced environment.Proven track record to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
