JOB SUMMARY

• Operation activity for project Import, Export & Third country shipment.
• Routing follow up with stack-holders considering the terms
• Sharing projects / FCL inquiries with shipping lines / vendors
• Customer service, regular updates to customer on shipment progress for Import, Export & third country shipment.
• Coordinating with Shipping Lines, CFS authority and Custom Authority.
• Anticipating documentary problems and finding solutions in a timely manner.
• Import documentation - IGM filing, CFS Movement filing, carrier delivery order follows up
• Export documentation – booking placement till closing the files.
• Coordinating and liaising with overseas agents.
• Maintaining and updating daily report.
• Taking care of all operational escalation related to carriers/customers.
• Port / CFS visit for supervising of cargo loading and unloading.
• Sells Invoice draft confirmation from customer
• vendor invoices follow up
• Carrier / vendors payment updates
