About the Role :
We are looking for a Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - UK for our Bangalore branch.
You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth.
The charter for this role will include:
- Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)
- Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team
- Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
- Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counselors
- Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
- Report & Data Management
- Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
- Pipeline forecast & Management
- Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors
Ideal Persona:
- The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of UK for 5 years
- 2+ years of experience in leading a team of a minimum of 6 counselors
- Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines
- Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences
- Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable.
- Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
- Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
- Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
- Expertise in time management, analytical and organizational skills along with prior experience in Team Management
