Job Title – Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Business Development (East)
Are you the one?
- Candidates from Engineering / M.B.A., background
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Direct Sales or Business Development
- Good understanding of market trends in sales & marketing
- Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional
- Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills
- Sound knowledge in Elevator product and technology concepts
What will you be doing?
Job responsibilities:
- Single point contact for all architects, consultants etc. for all pre-bid queries
- Develop & ensure holistic relations with stakeholders (architect, consultant, contractor etc.)
- Getting crucial market information through various sources
- Increase SOM in new areas.
- Geographical expansion – Expand to Tier II & Tier III cities as planned in the budget.
- Segment penetration: Increase share in Hotel, Medical, Industrial hospital, Leisure & Education
KPIs:
- Architect engagement
- New area expansion
- Share of market (SOM) improvement in new areas
- SOM growth: nonresidential segment
