Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. Business Planning:
Finalize the Inventory levels - Business Plan, Current Forecast, LtPC & Fit-for-Future - Product-wise, PDCL wise - based on Targets.
Inventory & Logistics Controlling:
Co-ordinate & link information across Logistics, Value Streams to work out & administer the Inventory Performance based on Targets - Product-wise / Product Family wise. * Evaluate, Monitor & Control Logistics Costs by analyzing & providing all relevant Logistics costs & reports to LOG. * Analyze & pass Stock Amendments, Write-off in SAP system based on prescribed approval limits with clear documentation & control.
Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze all inventory types based on future volume projections, sourcing type, MoQ, supplier criticalities & other inputs and provide periodical inventory status - Product level, Material Resource Planning (MRP) controller levels to enable right planning & control of inventory. * Age-wise analysis (slow/non-moving) & timely info to management for corrective action terms of clearance/sale /alternate use or creating timely provisions. * Provide requisite inputs in connection with Advance Tax calculation on Quarterly basis.
Lead Plant Coordination & Cost Charging:
Being Lead Plant within IPN, liaize & co-ordinate with all the Service Recipient Plants & provide details on Lead Plant Cost allocation based on offer of services; finalize the Lead Plant Cost Sharing Agreement; get it approved by all Service Recipient Plants; charging LdP costs periodically & accounting appropriately in the Plant books (Plant specific).
WIP Stock-Take - Plant:
Conduct WIP stock-take as per statutory requirement & also based on business needs by coordinating with all VS, cross functional team incl. CI team by pooling resources and completing without hindering production & supplies.
Perpetual Inventory Control (Cycle Counting) :
Conduct perpetual inventory on daily basis for all types of inventory (except WIP) with due diligence & documenting approvals for deviations & complete the coverage as per guidelines.
Audit Coordination & Closures:
Liaize & coordinate for BBM Compass Audit, Monitoring Procedure Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Physical Verification of Assets co-ordination with Value Stream, Support Functions & closure with GS, Corporate & Audit team.
Stock-take at MWS & Ware House locations:
Coordinate & conduct physical verification of stocks at Suppliers place for Material with Suppliers (MWS) items and Plant Ware-House locations on annual basis, complete reconciliation, correct system stocks with requisite approvals & debit Suppliers / Ware-House against shortages (if any) & close the transactions.
