JOB DESCRIPTION:JOB SUMMARYTo manage the third-party field force operations and management both for TT & MTCORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES3P Field Force Reporting ComplianceResponsible for managing mobility system execution & complianceEnsuring the entry of KPIs in automation platform by the field team within the timelineCoordinating with the field team for AFC, ISR, NA & MERCs blaze mapping, compliance & liaison with vendor for the supportFollow-up with specific stakeholders in terms of AFC/ISR/NA related materials & detailers developmentCoordinate & follow up with field team for the non-system KPIs & market information and share the same in a presentable form in a periodic basis3P FIELD FORCE MANAGEMENTResponsible for 3P tracking in terms of PJP, KPIs, incentive & expensesSharing 3P KPIs, sales processes, incentive construct & compensation of major companies &  industry for internal benchmarking and developmentMonitor the monthly update of 3P list for GMA & GMCResponsible to keep the records of assets extended to the 3PsCoordinate the training requirements of the 3P as per planTracking & follow up with the regional teams in terms of 3P training programsDriving productivity & efficiencyKeeping a track of S&D 3P infra & KPIs by flashing reports periodicallyPlanning enablers & track execution to facilitate the KPI achievementSuggesting steps to reduce the 3P man days loss due to absenteeism and regretted attritionDriving 3P coverage as per the guidelines and expectationsAttending the 3P meetings and the field work on the 3P development progressSupporting in preparation of presentation/reports specific to a meeting/projectPreparation & follow up on HCP to blaze store mapping reports with the RCMMsFollow up with the area/regional teams periodically & preparation of reports on competitor’s activitiesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EducationGraduateEducation LevelMajor/Field of StudyGraduationAny StreamMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCEExperienceExperience DetailsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience.Experience in Third Party Operations and Management and sales processesProficient in the use of MS Excel and Power-pointStrong Analytical Skills.Should be able to work with multiple stakeholdersExperience in Vendor management.The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY:Sales Support & AdministrationDIVISION:ANI International NutritionLOCATION:India > Mumbai : BKC BuildingADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:WORK SHIFT:StandardTRAVEL:Not specifiedMEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:Not ApplicableSIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:Continuous walking for prolonged periods (more than 2 hours at a time in an 8 hour day)
