Overview Job Overview: The Control & Reporting Asst Analyst Tax will be a key member of the Sector Reporting COE (RCOE) and will report directly to the Sector Tax Director. The individual will be primarily involved in AMESA and APAC Tax reporting in HFM and data analytics, will be assisting in submission of HFM results (actuals and forecast) to Sector / Corporate reporting team and supporting the Sector Tax Director in the streamlining and automating tax reporting activities and data analysis. The role is location free and the candidate should be based in one of these locations with PEP offices: Egypt, India, or Pakistan. No relocation will be available for this role. Responsibilities Key Accountabilities : Financial Reporting Support RCOE and Sector Tax Director in documenting and transitioning the HFM closing from Market to RCOE as per timeline of Sector HFM reporting team Support in submission of FAS 109 related deliverables (actuals and forecast) Support in coordinating and review of Tax reconciliations Preparing, reviewing and uploading prior year top side adjustment entries in HFM Support RCOE and Sector tax director in harmonizing and simplifying HFM reporting Validating annual submissions and preparing templates for BU controller review. Support in analyzing financial results and Co-ordinate with cross functional BU teams to gather information for submitting COC for review with BU reporting Manager and Controller. Support RCOE and Sector Tax Director in data analytics and insights (creation) and support Sector Tax in increasing external data disclosure requirements, including creation of Dashboard, Monthly Flash and other management review files (including tax forecasts). Qualifications Skills, knowledge, and experience Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA or MBA Minimum: 2-3 years of relevant accounting related experience. Reporting experience: 1 year Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work Self-starter Affinity with Microsoft Power apps, specifically PowerAutomate, PowerBI, sharepoint Additional Preferred Education & Experience: Big Four experience highly preferred.
