Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Content Production


Career Level - D


Introduction to Role:
Join our Global Commercial Operations (GCO) team, the operating arm that supports AstraZeneca Global Marketing teams with quality, up-to-date, and relevant Commercial Content. We are looking for experienced Content Production Leads who understand various stages of the project life cycle such as initiation, planning, scope of work, resource and stakeholder management preferably with a content production industry experience.


Accountabilities:
As an Assistant Manager in Content Production, you will manage teams, operations and end-to-end content life cycle by partnering with Marketing Delivery Managers & Brand Teams to produce marketing content. You will run operational governance team meetings, scrum meetings and manage escalations. You will also be responsible for hiring, handling appraisals & resolving conflicts at work. Your role will also involve cost benefit analysis, capacity management & business continuity management.


Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience in resource/stakeholder management 
- Excellent communication skill (Verbally, Written)
- Experience in handling US Customers
- 8-12 Years of overall Experience
- 2-4 Years of experience in Customer Relationship management 
- 2 years of Project Management experience
- Any Graduate - Any Specialization



- Experience in the Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare industry is preferable but not mandatory.
