Job Description

We work with Finance stakeholders, designing and developing reporting tools and watermarked reports which support controlled self-service reporting and analysis of financial data.  The reporting tools developed by this team consume data from the EFA (Enterprise Finance Architecture), where data from transactional source systems is conformed and transformed into financial data that is written to our Ledger. Using these tools as a gateway to this data, you can drill down from the group view to the policy level detail.  The tools we develop are constantly evolving through user feedback.  We make financial data accessible through a suite of best in class, flexible and intuitive self-service tools, such as OBIEE, QlikView and Cubes.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?·Lead the design and development of OBIEE reports, dashboards, and analytics.·Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.·Working with Azure cloud, debugging issues etc. using Azure T-SQL. ·Optimize and enhance existing OBIEE solutions for better performance and usability.·Integrate OBIEE with other data sources and systems, including PowerBI and Azure Cloud.·Provide support and troubleshooting for OBIEE-related issues.·Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes.You will report to Manager.SHARE your talentWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.·Proven experience as an OBIEE Developer or in a similar role.·Excellent knowledge of OBIEE architecture, RPD modeling, and report/dashboard development.·Experience with Azure cloud, T-SQL, and PL/SQL.·Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.·Good to have: Knowledge of PowerBI, Azure Cloud, and their integration with other BI tools.·Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.·Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Desired Skills and Abilities:·Experience with PowerBI is big plus.·Understanding of financial data and reporting.·Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
