Assistant Manager, Campaign Enablement


About the Role 


We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager, Campaign Enablement to lead the development and implementation of our global campaign enablement program. This role will focus on defining strategy, tactics, and execution plans to empower field marketers across countries, drive adoption of our global campaigns and improve the COE experience.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy Development and Execution: 


  • Define and implement a global strategy for campaign enablement 
  • Develop tactics to increase adoption of global campaigns across diverse markets 
  • Actively engage with critical stakeholders to align on program objectives and needs 
  • Consult on campaign materials, providing guidance on available resources and best practices 
  • Build strong relationships with Global Campaign Leads, Regional and Business Line Leads, Digital, RevOps and Field Marketing teams 

Responsibilities:


Resource Management and Communication: 


  • Build and manage a comprehensive library of campaign toolkits and resources 
  • Ensure timely communication of global campaign information as it becomes available 
  • Partner with Global Campaign Leads to ensure toolkits are complete and published
  • Launch and manage a global enablement calendar for field marketers 

Program Evaluation and Improvement


  • Implement CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) measurement program to understand effectiveness and COE sentiment
  • Benchmark performance over time and analyze trends 
  • Gather feedback from field marketers and stakeholders on the enablement process and overall experience working with the campaigns COE and recommend and implement  improvements based on data and feedback 

Cross-functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with campaign leads, business line leads and content team to collect and produce enablement materials and act as subject matter experts when needed
  • Align with field marketers to support marketing objectives 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations on processes and technology to support the program including implementing tracking and UTM parameters for campaigns

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 


  • Track adoption rates of global campaigns across markets 
  • Measure the impact of enablement efforts on campaign performance 
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on program effectiveness 

Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 10-12 years of experience in marketing or enablement roles
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing or sales enablement programs 
  • Strong understanding of global marketing dynamics and cross-cultural communication 
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with program management methodologies 
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and project management software 
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights 
  • Adaptability and innovative thinking to drive continuous improvement 
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for enabling others. They should have a collaborative mindset, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to drive change across a global organization. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution is crucial for success in this role.
