PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Take complete ownership of the geography and Institutes allocated at Kerala.
· To make physical visits or calls as required daily
· Connect with Top Management, Dean, Principal, HOD, faculty members of respective Institutes to demonstrate digital products and to get recommendations for print & digital products
. To gain all the relevant market information towards all the Government Institution Library Meetings proceedings and prepare to attend the same .
· Ensure proper co ordination with all the team members in lead management and its conversions
· Instrumental for opening new distribution for selling all the print & digital products of Pearson
·
Ready to travel as this profile would require majority of time in field and travel which includes local as well as outstation travel which can be extended to a few days as well. Approximately 70% travel to manage the overall territory.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
· Graduate / MBA in Sales Marketing.
· Minimum 7 years of experience preferably from Higher Ed Print and Digital Products, Ed Tech or from
Assessment products
· Good communication skills.
· Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Initiative, resourcefulness and attention to detail
Should be fluent (read, speak & write) in Malayalam & English
