Job Description
Maintaining and monitoring the operation of various equipment, troubleshooting and fixing problems, providing technical support, and improving system processes.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency
- Provide technical support to clients and colleagues
- Write service reports and document all maintenance and repair work
- Provide training and guidance to other staff on equipment operation and maintenance
