You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. You will manage the bar, staff and handle complaints during the shift. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures leading to smooth operations of the bar at the property along with training the staff.
You will be also responsible craft unique cocktails, provide exceptional guest service, manage inventory, and maintain a clean bar, collaborate on menu development and support special events.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations, strong mixology skills, creativity, good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
