Assistant Manager-Accounts ReceivablesWeir MineralsWMIOnsiteKey Responsibilities: 1. Intercompany monthly invoices preparation, generation and submission2. Credit Management3. Management and maitenance of Customer Master data4. Preparation and submission of Proforma invoice5. Monitor outstanding invoice and follow upwith customers (third party and intercompany) for timely collection6. Generates regular reports on account receivable ageing, cash collections and other relevant metrics7. Debit/Credit notes preparation, generation and submission8. Customer account balance reconcilliation9. Work closely with sales team and customers for collection10. Preparation of Bank guarantees, Letter of Credit, documents through bank11. Uploading of Invoices and relevant documents at Customer Portal12. Work closely with cross functional teams for invoice submission to customer13. Support to the Internal, Group and Statutory AuditJob Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in accounting , finance or related field2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices3. Experience in accounts receivables including knowledge of invoicing and collection procedures4. Excellent organisation and time management skill5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy6. Good communication skill7.
