DESIGNATION: Assistant Manager Sales - UPVC


LOCATION: Gurugram, India


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate


EXPERIENCE: 2 - 5 years in sales, preferably with UPVC products


COMPETITIVE SALARY: 7-9 LPA + variable + incentives


KNOWLEDGE: Strong understanding of uPVC profiles, competitor strategies, and market trends


WORKING DAYS: 6 days a week


TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Travel for sales tours, client meetings, and dealer negotiations

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Thorough understanding of the processes and sales of uPVC products.


  • Conduct district-level sales tours, client meetings, and dealer negotiations to expand the business.


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the customer base.


  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.


  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.


  • Stay updated on product pricing, competitor brands, and market developments.


  • Generate business leads and provide statistical data and reports as required by senior management.
