Inward and outwards calibration item data entry and allot batch and inventory numbers.
Maintain the "Master data file" on daily basis. Data retrieval when necessary.
Block chain maintenance
Support the lab by doing service/preventive maintenance of the calibration items.
Adhering to the lab workflow and ISO requirement.
Proper handling of calibration items.
Email etiquettes to be followed. Inform customer on Action panning, certificates sharing etc. (as and when necessary)
Must have work dedication/punctuality/reporting activity
Team coordination and on time reporting to the lab manager.
Work prioritization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional experience in MS office tools is desired (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
