Our services are vital to automated trade processing around the globe, managing peak volumes and working with our customers and regulators to ensure the efficient settlement of trades and effective operation of global capital markets.What’s in it for you: The Assistant Facility Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Facility Manager with the strategic oversight and management of facility operations. With extensive experience in facilities management, this role involves leading complex facility projects, optimizing building systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations while providing exceptional service to stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally.Responsibilities:  Strategic Facility Management: Assist in the development and implementation of facility management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including advanced maintenance and repair management, with a focus on optimizing performance and cost-efficiency.Vendor and Contractor Relations: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contract terms.System Optimization: Supervise and enhance the performance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), leveraging advanced knowledge to drive efficiency and sustainability.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, environmental regulations, and building codes. Lead compliance audits and address any issues proactively.Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage facility budgets, track expenses, analyze financial reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Project Management: Lead and coordinate facility-related projects, including renovations and upgrades, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Emergency Response Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, coordinating response efforts and managing crisis situations effectively.Team Leadership: Supervise facility staff, provide training and mentorship, and ensure a high level of performance and morale within the team.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the facility and internal/external stakeholders, addressing issues, and providing solutions to enhance service delivery.What We’re Looking For: Education:Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
