In this role, you’ll show your mettle as you find ways to uphold excellence and high standards in our preventive maintenance programmes and conservation practices. Working closely with the Site Lead, you’ll also monitor the M&E projects, looking out for their quality and ensuring their timely delivery. Delivering complete and accurate facility management reports is another requirement that you must meet consistently. 


Manage Engineering & Soft Operations as per the defined SOW’s and SOPs and to ensure 100% uptime of all equipment’s present in the facility ensuring no deviations to SLA.



Ensure proper supervision of various functional areas - Data Center, UPS & Battery Room, Electrical Room, Cafeteria, Electrical Distribution System, DG. HVAC, Plumbing, carpentry, soft services by proper tracking of all activities / walkthrough and further Identify operational / HSE Risks, prepare action plan and track closure by sharing regular updates with manager / client team.


Monitor Energy Consumption and implement initiatives to reduce / control energy consumption at site. Provide dashboard / data for analysis to client lead on regular basis.


This position needs a good analytical skills to ensure all data collected as part of checklist / Log sheets is analyzed while preparing Scheduled reports like – MIS, MMR, Facility Dashboards as part of SLA and are submitted on time and monthly Review Meetings are completed with lead.



Work closely with service partners / adhoc vendors for effective management of all deliverables and monitor performance on site with timely highlighting challenges to Site Facility Manager. Coordinate with client Engg. SPOC for all adhoc project works, prepare BOQ/SOW and get proposals from vendor partner for budgeting purpose.


Shaping a system of best practices 


Your engineering prowess will be your toolkit for success. Managing on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance and soft services should be second nature to you. You’ll also be in-charge of preparing the list of critical spares for all installations based on the manufacturers’ recommendations.  


On top of these, you’ll plan the maintenance inventory being carried out with our in-house teams. No machine failures of critical equipment should escape your sharp eye. You should, then, also be ready with a pre-emptive maintenance programme for these malfunctions to prevent the risk of sudden breakdowns.  


You’ll also make sure that our logbooks, checklists and schedules are upkeep and current. From time to time, you’re expected to arrange ad-hoc M&E set ups based on the client requirements.


Ideal Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant engineering management experience
  • Thorough understanding of building services design and engineering management
  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency/improvements

Putting best practices in place
Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? As our facilities engineer, you’ll contribute to the creation of engineering service delivery standards. You’ll also help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols.
Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you’ll develop tools that help measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.

A technical hands on expert

An ideal candidate would have a university degree or professional qualification in engineering or facilities management, and over four -five years’ experience in facilities operation. A strong background in troubleshooting processes is a big plus.



Good communicator
