Job Description
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for conferences, banquets, and other events.
- Support in managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Aid in planning and coordinating events, working with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales and event coordinators, providing guidance and support.
- Assist with budget management for events, monitoring financial performance to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities.
- Help negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and align with our policies.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the visibility of our conference and banquet services.
- Ensure that all events adhere to our quality standards and address any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for all events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in sales or event management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in event management and CRM software.
- Understanding of market trends and industry best practices.
