Job Description
- Independently handling of controlling for India Grains Trading, Marketing & Distribution under India.
- Annual budgeting involving data compilation, analysis and reporting in Front-end/back-end systems.
- Bringing efficiencies & improvements through process deep dives & automation with the aim of making the role more analytical & less transactional.
- Day on day coordination with commercial and execution team to manage and improve position & PNL reporting timely and correctly.
- Monitoring, reporting and ensure Currency exposure controlled as per company policies.
- Continuous review of all type of costs and service contracts.
- Developing MIS/analytical tools to provide accurate, real time and user-friendly information to management.
- Close coordination & discussion with marketing & sales team for volume, Margins, Head count, G&A cost etc.
- Budget working as per regional/central guidelines and submission of the same timely for further approval.
- Budget vs Actual analysis.
- Monthly MIS- Weekly credit risk report.
- Developing various MIS to provide timely and accurately.
- Managing platform position exposure; data extraction, analysis and reporting.
- Accurately and timely reporting with detailed justification on each movement.
- Daily position movement reconciliation with trader’s Trade Ticket /Trade recap file and align position with trader’s positions.
- Ensuring timely trade input in front end system, Manage timely correct reporting as per Market Risk and Global reporting systems.
- Timely Follow up and correction for any position error in coordination with IT/ Trader/Execution.
- Daily FX exposure calculation and reconciliation of commercial trades vs currency hedges taken with finance platform.
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to relate well to people at all levels.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- FMCG/Food Processing Industry preference.
