Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager - Ice Cream (Brand Building)

BUSINESS CONTEXT:
Ice cream in India is a large industry estimated at Rs. 16K Cr in 2022; the only category that has witnessed steady double-digit growth for over a decade, despite the covid year hiccups. Ice cream is an evergreen business with significant headroom to grow in India across dimensions of penetration and per capita consumption. It is also a place where consumers look forward to new products and new reasons to buy regularly, making it impulsive, attractive, and gratifying to them.
Job Description:
- Core job- Demand Generation through digital content (influencers, posts, etc) to drive awareness in key markets, Media planning and deployment, and P&L management.
- The person should be capable of data mining and analysis and also have an eye for Creative work, as he/she will be required to plan activities & work with the Creative agencies to deliver material for POS deployment etc.
- Network management and delivering all networks
- Partner commercial team in managing the brand support budget and ensuring that brand spending across activities is within the overall agreed support budget
- Should be proficient with Digital Ecosystem
- Work in an integrated team comprising supply chain (Planning, sourcing, and purchase teams) & customer marketing functions in the implementation of trade and consumer-linked activities
- Working with the customer marketing team to create and implement trade plans/activities/promotions
- MIS generation for monitoring progress
Experience/Skill Spike
- MBA/Master’s degree from Tier 1, Tier 2 B School
- Overall years of experience should be at least 4-5 years of work experience across sales & marketing
- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
- Looking for talent with - an owners mindset, passion, and agility.
