We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Assistant Assurance Manager


Principal responsibilities


  • Plan Environmental, social, and governance assurance reviews in cooperation with content, risk and/or data owners to agree assurance approach and scope.
  • Perform and document walkthroughs of processes
  • Co-ordinate and actively participate in conducting fieldwork as part of the ESG assurance reviews which includes:
  • ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, standards, and frameworks.
  • reviewing and testing of processes and controls.
  • identifying and highlighting weaknesses in the design and operation of controls and control gaps.
  • reviewing of disclosures to ensure that they are true and fair.
  • Draft ESG assurance review reports for circulation to senior stakeholders within the bank.
  • Communicate issues identified through ESG assurance reviews.
