The purpose of the role is to work within a team to update asset data and maintenance plans within the computerised maintenance systems (CMMS) across the business. The role will work with sites across the business globally to update CMMS data based on requests for changes to asset or maintenance plan data. The role will be a Superuser for the CMMS ensuring data is uploaded to meet business asset management standards.
·In-depth knowledge of SAP (or other CMMS) at superuser level with ability to use various technical transactions to create equipment, develop hierarchies, associate task, update maintenance plans etc.
·Manage updates to asset data and maintenance plans required to support capex investment, PPM reviews and PHR study findings as requested by site teams
·Ensure equipment maintenance requirements from process hazard reviews are uploaded into the CMMS
·Upload new assets within the CMMS as required by capex upgrades, plant modifications and decommissioning of plant and equipment. Build asset hierarchies within the CMMS from technical drawings such as GA’s and P&ID’s
·Perform data uploads either directly within the CMMS or via upload tools and test changes within the CMMS quality environment prior to upload into production
·Manage the change request process and provide regular updates to sites on progress of requests and requirements for additional information
·Perform quality checks of uploads to ensure accuracy and alignment to site requests and needs
·Support weekly site backlog reviews to ensure uploads are conducted in a timely manner and prioritised accordingly
