AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM)
- Sales targets: Achieving sales targets for a specific territory, including primary and secondary targets
- Sales plans: Developing and executing sales plans
- Market analysis: Conducting market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
- Sales operations: Overseeing sales operations
- Team management: Hiring, training, and guiding a team of sales representatives
- Client relations: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Inventory: Checking inventory levels and ensuring minimums are maintained
- Sales pitches: Making sales presentations to clients
- Sales trends: Staying up to date with sales trends
- Brand awareness: Building brand awareness
- Profit margin: Increasing profit margin
- Sales data: Reviewing sales data and statistics and providing reports
- Competitor activity: Providing immediate feedback on competitor activity
- Cost controls: Improving cost controls and efficiency
- Channel payment: Monitoring channel payment
