Responsible for driving sales (both sell-in and sell-out) at point of sale in assigned areas, and supporting customers on the day-to-day operations with Philips. Responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving excellence at the point of sale. Source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas (in coordination with Account Management). Ensures proper implementation of Philips Commercial Policy.
Your role:
Handling Channel Sales (General Trade/Distributors).
Achieve month wise sales objectives (Primary and Secondary Sales) of the region for entire Personal Care product range
Implement company’s credit policy
Ensure region’s Commercial is within budgets
No Company Payroll/Third Party Payroll Team Handling
Driving business through a team of dedicated/exclusive DSOs at Distributor points.
You're the right fit if:
MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing
5+ years of mandatory experience in Distribution Sales (Bangalore) in FMCG or FMCD segment.
Experience & knowledge of channel sales
Ideal candidate should have experience of leveraging on existing channels & setting up new channels to reach the set objectives.
Should possess extensive experience in at Distribution/Channel Management
Candidates having experience in the FMCG industry (preferred - cosmetic channel)
Good inter-personal skills
Strong in Data Analytics and MS office
